It goes with not only salad, but also meat, fish, pasta and tofu dishes!
This dressing is made from Japanese organic soy sauce and ginger grown
in Shimano River, Kochi Prefecture.
Also it was mixed with Japanese-grown onion and additive-free seasonings.
*Ginger has been said ‘medicine for all diseases’ from ancient time,
and often used as Chinese herb medicine.
*Our organic oil-free dressing is completely oil-free and additive-free.
You might feel it’s plain if you are used to seasonings with additive.
It has less ginger-spicy taste because we would like kids to enjoy our dressing.
*If you enjoy its natural taste: Add to vegetable salad, steamed vegetables or tofu
*If you want more ginger flavour: Add ground ginger in it
*If you look for something oilier: Mix with olive oil
*Other: Mix with pasta, Use dipping sauce for fried chicken, etc…

Vegetable salad with ‘aburaage’ thin fried tofu & ginger dressing
[Ingredients] for 2-3 servings
6 tablespoons of Ginger dressing
1 slice of aburaage’ thin fried tofu
160g of lotus root
120g of ‘Mizuna’ leaf
60g of carrot
Sesame oil
[Direction]
1.Slice ‘aburaage’ into 1cm. Slice lotus loot into 5mm and cut in half (looks like crescent moon). Cut ‘mizuna’ and carrot into 4cm strip.
2.Fry ‘aburaage’ onto a pan without oil. Then add sesame oil and fry lotus root with strong heat.
3.Put ‘mizuna’ and carrot into a plate, and mix with fried ‘aburaage’ and lotus root.
4.Add ginger dressing into the dish before serving.
*Tips: Fry ‘aburaage’ and lotus root crisply.
You can add a hint of sesame oil onto the salad.
