It goes with not only salad, but also meat, fish, pasta and tofu dishes!
This dressing is made from Japanese organic soy sauce and
tomato grown by local family in Hyogo Prefecture.
Also it was mixed with Japanese-grown onion and additive-free seasonings.
All ingredients were mixed with perfect balance to maximize tomato’s natural flavour.

Clam pasta with tomato dressing
[Ingredients] for 2-3 servings
150-180cc of tomato dressing
320g of pasta (Fedelini)
400g f clam
2 pieces of garlic
10 leaves of perilla
4 tablespoon of olive oil
[Direction]
1.Remove sand from clam. (Soak clam into salted water for a couple of hours.) Mince garlic. Boil pasta for shorter time than indicated on the package. (For cols pasta, boil for longer time.)
2.Put garlic and olive oil onto a pan, and heat it. Add clam and 2/3 of tomato dressing when garlic smell comes out, and cover it.
3.When clam is open, add pasta and mix it. Put pasta onto a plate. Add the rest of dressing and sprinkle perilla.
