It goes with not only salad, but also meat, fish, pasta and tofu dishes!
This dressing is made from Japanese organic soy sauce and
onion grown by local family in Hyogo Prefecture.
Also it was mixed with organic cabbage and additive-free seasonings.
All ingredients were mixed with perfect balance to maximize tomato’s natural flavour.

Fried chicken with onion dressing flavour
[Ingredients]
5 tablespoon of Onion dressing
2 slices of chicken thigh
2 pieces of white leek
4 pieces of shiitake mushroom
2 tablespoon of Japanese sake
Vegetable oil
[Direction]
1.Cut chicken thigh into a bite size, and marinate it with onion dressing.
2.Cut white leek into 3cm of strip. Cut shiitake mushrooms into 4 pieces.
3.Fry white leek on a heated pan without oil
4.Take out white leek from the pan.Add vegitable oil onto the pan,put chicken thigh,onion dressind and Japanese sake.
5.Add shiitake mushroom,and fry them until all liquid is gone.6.Put all ingredients from pan to a plate.Add white leek on the plate.Add ‘Shichimi’ spice if you like.
