Made from Japanese organic soy sauce and organic vegetables!
It goes with not only salad, but also meat, fish, pasta and tofu dishes!
This dressing is made from Japanese organic soy sauce and
‘sansho’ Japanese pepper grown in Yabu,
home of Asakura sansho, Hyogo Prefecture.
Also it was mixed with Japanese-grown onion and additive-free seasonings.
*It is said that ’sansho’ Japanese pepper helps digestion and maintain stomach healthy. Also it accelerates sweating.
*Our organic oil-free dressing is completely oil-free and additive-free.
You might feel it’s plain if you are used to seasonings with additive.
It has less ginger-spicy taste because we would like kids to enjoy our dressing.
*If you enjoy its natural taste: Add to vegetable salad, steamed vegetables or tofu
*If you want more ginger flavour: Add ground ginger in it
*If you look for something oilier: Mix with olive oil
*Other: Mix with pasta, Use dipping sauce for fried chicken, etc…

Fried eggplant with ‘sansho’ dressing
[Ingredients] for 2-3 servings
8 tablespoons of ‘sansho’ dressing
3 eggplants
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
[Direction]
1.Slice eggplants into 1.5cm of thickness, and put it into water to remove bitterness.
2.Put vegetable oil onto a heated pan, and place sliced eggplants on it.
(Wipe eggplants before placing on the pan.)
3.Wipe out extra oils. Turn off the heat, and add ‘sansho’ dressing onto eggplants.
*Tips: You can also cook eggplants without oil.
