Water Cooled Chiller System Diagram:
INTRODUCTION:
1)With scroll, or recipocating compressor of high quality, high efficient heat exchangers, excellent system design, by excllent process, the chillers is of suffient capacity and efficiency.
2)The chillers will work stably for long time period as they are produced by excllent process, composed of reliable control components and professional control procedure.
3)Complete safety protection:
1.High&low pressure protection, pressure safety value protection;
2.Overload protection to the compressor;
3.Power supply protect for phase lack, counter phase, voltage too high and voltage deficient;
4.Water system protection for freezing breaking, water lack etc.
FEATURES:
1.Ready to work only after connected to chilled water system;
2.A stainless steel water vessel,a low noise pump have been fixed inside the chiller;
3.The chillers of capacity below 50KW is movable by wheels with them;
4.The chillers of capacity over 50KW are double refrigeration system design that is good to reduce the frequent start and stop for load change. The chillers can run even 1 system is in trouble.
5.Strict test and inspection has been made before the chillers are delivered.
