The horizontal sliding door structure maximally solve the problem of operation space, and the easily, safely and conveniently automatic operation maximally reduce labor for operator. The sealing door has several safety protection and manual open device, which maximally protect the operator in safety. The specific vacuum system, liquid level balancing and cooling system keep the vacuum pump working in best condition with high efficiency, low noise and long life. The efficient cooling treatment to drainage system reduces the pollution to environment. The computer monitoring interface can realizes remote network monitoring.
