    Combining ultrasonic and spray functions, the SHINVA Automatic Rapid Ultrasonic Spray Washer-disinfector is a brand new automatic washing and disinfecting machine which is newly developed on the basis of the technical cooperation between SHINVA and the Switzerland KKS Ultrasonic Cleaning Company. It is automatically controlled by microcomputer, and high-end ultrasonic generators and transducers imported from Switzerland are optional. This machine is mainly used in cleaning hospital surgical instruments, implements, vessels, anesthesia apparatus and other sophisticated equipment, and it can also sterilize the cleaned objects at the high temperature of 93°C, reaching international cleaning and sterilizing standards. This machine has a new structure and a reliable performance, and is well made, easy to use, making it an internationally advanced one.   

    This washer-disinfector is developed and manufactured referring to ISO 15883-1/2 and according to the cleaning requirements of medical instruments stipulated by the state. Ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning are combined and the processes of ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, sterilizing, oiling, drying and others can be automatically finished when a corresponding program is started according to the special features and requirements of different medical instruments. As a result, the operator is well protected, cross contamination is avoided and the washing effect can be guaranteed.  

    This machine is utilized in the field of health to wash and sterilize surgical instruments (such as scissors, pliers, tweezers and other metallic instruments), vessels (such as dressing bowls,kidney basins, test tubes and beakers), anesthesia apparatus (anesthesia tubes, breathing bags,veils and catheters), surgical shoes, etc.

       Compared with conventional spray washer-disinfectors, ultrasonic spray washer-disinfectors have a more comprehensive washing technique, more efficient processing way and better washing effect.  Spray washing mainly processes instruments with a simple surface that are slightly contaminated, and ultrasonic washing processes instruments with a complicated surface that are heavily contaminated, being a needful supplement to spray washing.
