Working principle:

The drum of the roller type drying furnace is internal tilt and can return of cylinder body, wet material from one end to the upper, dry material from the other end collection. Hot air entering from entrance or exit the material, out from the other side.

Performance Characteristics:

The general moisture to evaporating ability of the roller dryer is 80-120kg/m3*h;increase with the air temperature added, and change with the material moisture properties.

Scope of Application

1. From the raw material , can make the dry processing according to the free flow of powder, granules, flake, fiber materials.

2.From the range of the materials application , widely used in the new energy industry, building materials, chemical products, compound fertilizer, organic powder, feed, and wine trough, starch slag, corn slag, bean dregs, animal waste and dry.

3.From the structure of drying machine, can be divided into direct and indirect heating, ventilation tube heat, steam pipe indirect heating, double entry heating and so on many kinds of structure.

4.From the extant of drying, can choose from 60 celsius-600 celsius, in principle, the higher the temperature, the higher the evaporation strength.
