Introduction
The carbonization stove(gas flow type), which is the ideal equipment for wood briquette to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption. It adopts superheated stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ratio(increase from about 88% to 99%) improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time(from 24hours to 6hour ).

 

This briquette kilns for charcoal is used to carbonize biomass material or biomass briquette into charcoal. It greatly increased carbonizing ratio and shorted carbonizing time. And it shows the features of easy operation, high safety, high eggiciency, and energy saving.

 

Its’ horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar  It adopts to re-collect the more smoke from carbonization stove to fire again, or the smoke is supplied for the dryer as the fuel, so it has not smoke for protecting the environment
