Principle

9YK series molds the materials through the principle of interaction of extrusion force (between the flat die and the rollers) and the friction force.

 

The main shaft is driven by power and the pressing roller rotates accordingly. It produces friction when the material is put into the feeder that ring die mould and roller are rotating.

 

The rotating ring die and roller extrude the material into the holes and it produces high temperature in the process. Materials are heated and deformed and finally they become pellet.

Operation points for attention

1.Feeding the machine uniformly.

 

2.Before beginning to briquette the material, you need to be sure that all the rest material has been removed completely.

3.The ring die should be put in a cool and dry place.

4.Moisture content should be about 20% and if the material is too dry to briquette, you need to spray some water and keep them there for 4-7 hours.
