Main materials

Groundnut shell, sugarcane biogases, caster shell/stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, 

tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybean husk, coir pitch bark/straw,

 rice husk, forestry waste, wood chips and many other agricultural waste.

a. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

 

 

b. Dry the material by dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 12%

 

 

c. Put the material into briquette machine

 

 

d. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

 

 

e. Carbonized the briquette stick

 

 

f. Packed charcoal briquette
