1. Initialed by Tai'an Single Electromechnical Company, joined by Feicheng Jinyang Equipment Installation Company and Taishan Gypsum Building Material Company, Tai'an Jiepu Gypsum Technology Company is founed as a stockholding company.

2. Our company occupied a floor area of 63, 200 sqms, with building area 25,000 sqms and new standardized steel-structure plant covering an area of 22,500 sqms. We have a variety of processing equipments around 130 units. To better serve our customers, we established modernized design studios and laboratories and all engineering design have realized 3D mapping, which can offer our customers a more vivid early-stage design. Meanwhile, we own all equipments for testing of gypsum building material and inspecting of equipments in the process of manufacturing, which can render the early-stage testing and lab data to our customers.

3. Our main products include: gypsum powder production line(using natural gypsum or chemical gypsum); gypsum block production line, paper-faced gypsum board production line, cement retarder production line, paper-free gypsum board procution line, slag wallboard production line, gypsum mortar production line and gypsum blocks. We do turn-key projects, including production line design, equipment installation, commissioning and personnel training.

Characteristics of Our Gypsum Block Equipments

1. By introducing advanced experience of gypsum block equipment globally and taking examples from German Salzgitter's Gypsum Block Production Line with annual capacity of 400,000 sqms, we finally achieve a perfect and mature gypsum block production line which bears indepedent intellectual property  rights. At present, our production line possesses 7 patent technologies as follows: material storage system, automatic dosing system, mixing and forming system, space claming system, drying system, package system, automatic-controlling heat resource system and so on.

2. Since 1999 when we produced the first gypsum block production line, our products have been updated for seven times during the past ten years under the efforts of our engineers and technicians. The grand total annual capacity of our sold products has broken through 8000, 000 sqms, which accounts for two thirds of the auditable installed capacity in China.
