Continuous Production Line of PU Sandwich Panel
This production line is kind of specialized equipment for producing sandwich PU panel with the middle layer of anti-combustion polyurethane and with steel sheet as the top and bottom surface layers. The sandwich PU can be 30-200mm in thickness, 1250mm in width, length determined by the customer. The sandwich PU panel is mainly used for keeping warm. Different insulating panels with other soft facing layers can also be produced on the line.
The operation principle of this line is as follows: raw materials of rigid-foam are delivered into the mixing head through the metering pump on the injection machine and then injected onto the bottom facing sheet going to conveyors along with the top superficial sheet. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials are hardened into solidity, then by an automatic tracking cutting mechanism, cut into segments according to the preset length.
Production process flow:
Upper decoiling – film covering -- roll forming
Bottom decoiling – film covering -- roll forming – PU foaming & injecting – PU solidifying – label /sponge tap pasting -- edge cutting – length cutting – run out
