   The packaging of gypsum block as a major issue has disturbed gypsum block production enterprises, in order to solve the customer's worry, in 2007, our company and a well-known domestic manufacturer developed and made a fully automatic numerical control packer which can put 2 layers 2 rows blocks on a bracket. Based on above experience, we can design and manufacture different packers according to customer different requirements.

   Our gypsum block production line is a new type equipment developed by combining domestic practical situation based on German machine set. The mould cavities used in gypsum block production line are made by stainless steel and chrome plating and treated by polishing process, which has the surface finish quality of 0.1μm and the size accuracy of 0.05mm; the mixer used in gypsum block production is also made by stainless steel, with self-cleaning device, never stick materials; the space fixture uses the imported micro-cylinder as the driving force to avoid blocks being damaged; the drying kiln uses horizontal wind system which ensures a reasonable moisture migration to avoid surface over-burning; the finished products are packed by fully automatic packaging machine with a patented technology, which can pack many specifications, such as 2 × 2, 3 × 3 and etc.
   At present, our company can design the gypsum block production line with annual quantity of 100,000 square meters, 150,000 square meters, 200,000 square meters, 300,000 square meters, 500,000 square meters and so on, and its specification can be 666 × 500 × 80 (hollow and solid), 666 × 500 × 100 (hollow and solid), 666 × 500 × 120 (hollow and solid), 666 × 500 × 150 (hollow and solid), 666 × 500 × 180 (solid) and etc., which are all international standard specifications, and we can make mould cavities with different specifications in accordance with user requirements, and the mould cavities of different specifications can be replaced in the same machine set.
