About the use of raw materials and application of  sawdust drying equipment

For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, it is necessary to install a dryer before further process. This air current type dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time. The cost of this air current dryer is much lower than rotary dryer.

For this type it is can be used to dry wood sawdust, , rice husk, biomass powder , which is the pre-processing for making pellet, briquette, biomass fuel, etc.There is a screw conveyor designed for feeding the material, thus saving much labor.When operating, put the wet material in through the hopper, and the hot air will mix and dry  and then discharge at the cyclone. 1). Single Stove Sawdust dryer:
The Moisture reducing rate of the sawdust dryer is 8-12%. This sawdust dryer is equipped with one hot air boiler, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content less than 20-35%.If the moisture content of the raw material is higher than that, it will need several times of drying to achieve the requested moisture content for briquetting,palletizing.
2). Double-Stove Sawdust dryer:
This double stove sawdust dryer is a newly developed dryer with two hot air boilers, it is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -50%, it can reduce moisture from 20%-50% to 8-12% via only one passage.

Wet materials are input into the hopper, the fuel boile generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and thn is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going thought the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber)of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and The dried materials are expelled out the exhaust bower(fan)
