Introduction of   sawdust drying system

sawdust drying system is a rotating metal plate rolling round cylinder welded with steel plate.The cylinder is equipped with a tire. The drum by means of tire bearing is supported on the roller. The both sides of the wheel are equipped with a pair of loaded gear wheels to instruct and limit the cylinder to ran along the tilt direction. The cylinder is rotated by means of electric motors, gear box drive gear mechanism. The cylinder has a certain tilt and rotation. The sawdust drying system slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the rotary dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer.

Working principle  of   sawdust drying system

Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.
