cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) extra virgin olive oil, black olives, various vegetables, 5% summer truffles (Tuber AESTIVUM VITT) salt, spices, natural flavoring

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

1) Cultivated mushroom(Fresh, Dry, IQF):shiitake,portobello,enoki,eryngii ,white shimeji,brown shimeji,champignon,oyster,grifola frondosa,etc.

2) Wild mushroom(Dry, IQF):truffle,matsutake,boletus edulis,chanterelles,morels,etc.

3) Fresh vegetables: root series, shallot and garlic series, greenery vegetable series, melon series, aubergine series, cabbage , etc.

4) Dehydrated vegetables: FD series, AD series.

5) Spice: black and white pepper, green and red pepper, cumin powder, mustard powder, ginger powder, five spice, etc.

6) Advanced-processing product: health care product, fish collagen, mushroom powder, mushroom polysaccharide/extract .
