     Yitie focuses on motor cores and copper busbars. Create innovative process technology for manufacturing products with silicon steel sheet thicknesses of 0.1mm, 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.35mm, and 0.5mm. Through independent R&D, Busbar coating has formed a set of automated processes with core intellectual property rights.        

     At present, Yitie has obtained more than 30 patent authorizations, and its high-end iron core is in the leading position in the industry in terms of technical level and product quality.    

    Yitie Company won the title of National High-tech Enterprise, Specialized Specialty New and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. And passed the IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001 system certification.    

     The company's stamping equipment has 20 units of AIDA, Gaojiang, Zhenli and other brands. There are more than 20 coating production lines, 15 vertical injection molding machines, equipped with a central feeding system, and 23  processing equipment such as WEDM-LS, WEDM-MS, WEDM-HS and Mitsubishi spark machines.    

    Company scale: covers an area of 15,000 sq.m, plant area of 20,000 sq.m, fixed assets of 60 million (CNY), and about 600 employees. All workshops are equipped with central air-conditioning, and dormitories are equipped with air-conditioning, hot water and washing machines.
