Precautions for the use of the harmless treatment equipment in the slaughterhouse

1. Before using the harmless treatment equipment in the slaughterhouse, check whether the pressure gauge, safety valve, manual safety interlock and other components are normal.

2. The steam valve cannot be opened if the door seal ring is not inflated and sealed.

3. During the work, the steam pressure should be kept stable, and overpressure operation is strictly prohibited. At the same time, the smoothness of the pipeline and whether there is leakage should be checked at any time.

4. During the operation of the harmless treatment equipment group in the slaughterhouse, it is strictly prohibited to touch the wetting machine, oil-water separator, dryer and each connecting pipeline to prevent high-temperature injury.

5. Since the harmless treatment equipment in the slaughterhouse is a kind of pressure vessel, it should be subject to the periodic inspection of the local Boiler and Pressure Vessel Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute during the use process. In addition, the pressure gauge and safety valve equipped with this equipment should also be verified regularly according to relevant regulations.

6. Simple fault handling:

6.1. The steam inlet and exhaust angle seat valves cannot work normally

(1) Check whether the pressure of the air compressor is normal.

(2) Check whether the pressure of the pressure regulating valve is higher than 0.5MP.

(3) Check whether the solenoid valve indicator light is on.

(4) Ask a professional to check the circuit.

6.2. The electrical contact pressure gauge is connected according to the color. Adjust the electrical contact pressure gauge to ensure that the pressure is automatically discharged after reaching the set pressure to keep the pressure constant. The automatic exhaust time is generally adjusted to be about 2-3 seconds.

6.3. If the seal ring is not tightly sealed or leaks, before use or after a period of use, for the harmless treatment of animals, use sandpaper to polish off the rust in the seal ring groove, and then clean it with a rag, or wash it with water before use, and maintain it regularly according to the usage status.

6.4. Air leakage: After the connection of each pipeline is used for a period of time, drip leakage may occur due to vibration. Disassemble the leakage point, re-wrap it with hemp rope, lead oil or raw material tape, and then install it.
