Operation Process

The first step: Add padding materials (accounting for about 25%-30% of the treated materials), add probiotics, and start the heating operation.

The second step: Add the treated materials in batches, with 200 - 400kg added each time, with an interval of 10 - 15 minutes, until all the treated materials are added (the processing capacity is 1000kg).

The third step: After the materials are added, carry out the cutting, crushing, and fermentation of the treated materials. This process lasts for 8 hours, and a large number of strains multiply.

The fourth step: Conduct sterilization and drying treatment. At this stage, turn on the exhaust fan. The drying process lasts for 12 - 14 hours, and the deodorization equipment is turned on. The water vapor discharged during the drying process is treated by the deodorization equipment before being discharged.

The fifth step: Cool naturally and discharge the materials through the conveyor belt.
