Process Description:
1. The carcasses of diseased livestock are subject to surface disinfection in the humidification preparation room. The treatment methods include soaking in a disinfection pool or ultraviolet disinfection, etc. The carcasses of ordinary diseased livestock are dissected and then prepared for humidification. The carcasses of diseased livestock in a major epidemic are not dissected, but the whole is prepared for humidification.
2. Use a material transport vehicle to transfer the diseased animal carcasses or carcass pieces that are to be humidified into the humidifier. Close the machine door, and at the same time, close the manual interlock. Inject 0.3Mpa compressed air into the machine door sealing ring to seal the humidifier. Then, check whether all the valves of the humidifier are completely closed. After the check is correct, turn on the power supply of the distribution box, set the humidification temperature through the temperature controller (generally around 150°C), and then inject steam into the humidifier. At the same time, open the exhaust valve. After about 3 minutes, when the cold air in the machine is discharged, close the exhaust valve for humidification. Under a high pressure of 0.55Mpa and a high temperature of 150°C, after a period of time, the humidification is completed (the humidification time should be adjusted by the operator according to the size and quantity of the materials being processed in the machine). At this time, it is necessary to first open the silencing valve of the deodorizer, and then open the exhaust valve of the humidifier to release the pressure. When the pressure is released to below 0.02Mpa, close the exhaust valve and stop the pressure release.
3. Gradually open the valve between the wetting machine and the oil-water separator, and press the oil-water mixture after wetting into the oil-water separator. Then, close the valve and let the oil-water mixture stand for more than 1 hour.
Open the exhaust valve of the wetting machine again to release the pressure in the wetting machine completely. Then, open the manual safety interlock and the machine door to remove the humidified residues. After the residues are cooled, they are sent to the crusher for crushing. After the crushing is completed, they are introduced into the dryer. Turn on the power of the dryer, and the drying process begins. About one hour later, the drying is completed.
4. Transport the dried materials to the finished product warehouse for storage and sale.
5. One hour after the humidification is completed, open the water drain valve of the oil-water separator to discharge the wastewater. After the oil-water boundary line is 1 cm lower than the oil drain port, close the water drain valve.
6. Open the oil-water separator's oil drain valve to allow the separated oil to flow into the refiner. Then, start the refiner's power supply. When the oil in the refiner starts boiling, turn off the refiner's power supply.
7. Open the oil discharge valve of the refiner, and let the animal oil flow into the container. Then, store it in the warehouse for sale.
