Stainless steel filter is made of multi-layer sintered metal mesh is the use of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh, through special laminated pressing and vacuum sintering process manufacturing, has a high mechanical strength and the overall rigid structure of a new type of filter material.
The mesh of each layer of the mesh is interlaced to form a uniform and ideal filtration structure, which not only overcomes the deficiencies of low strength, poor rigidity and unstable mesh shape of the ordinary metal mesh, but also can match and design the pore size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material reasonably. Thus, it has excellent filtration accuracy, filtration impedance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and machinability, and its comprehensive performance is significantly better than other types of filter materials such as sintered metal powder, ceramics, fibers, filter cloth, filter paper, etc.
The main filter material of the filter adopts stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel braid mesh as the main filter medium. The sealing surface of the filter element adopts argon arc welding process, and the filter layer adopts multiple folding process to form a complete filter element, without leakage and without media shedding phenomenon.
Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a kind of porous deep filter material made of non-stainless steel fiber sintered at high temperature.
Stainless steel woven mesh is made of stainless steel wire.
First, the characteristics of stainless steel filter element
(1) All stainless steel structure, wide chemical compatibility.
(2) High porosity, good permeability, low resistance, low use pressure difference.
(3) Good regeneration performance, can be used repeatedly by chemical cleaning, high temperature and ultrasonic cleaning.
