Usage scope
ZJB series transformer oil filtration unit is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil, transformer oil. It can remove trace water, gas, impurities etc. From the insulating oil, electric oil and transformer oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which have insulation system.
Online work notes:
The first is preparation:
1. Prepare the qualified oil with 5-6% of the transformer oil filling amount and put it next to the oil filter;
2. The oil drain valve port at the bottom of the transformer should be matched with the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter.
3. The transformer oil filtration unit should be equipped with qualified oil of 1/2 of the oil standard pipe of the vacuum tank (pressure resistance value ≥ 50KV);
4. Open the oil pillow cover of the transformer, insert the oil outlet pipe of the oil filter into the oil level on the oil pillow, and then seal the oil pillow cover with clean filter paper or film;
5. Insert the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter into the oil drum prepared with qualified oil;
6. Open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the transformer, and drain 3-5% of the oil of the transformer (the 3-5% oil is mainly impurities and water, which should be connected and discharged separately);
7. At the same time as step 6, the oil filter should be made into a high vacuum (not less than -0.09MPa), and the oil level of the transformer oil pillow should be replenished immediately;
8. When the oil drain valve at the bottom of the transformer discharges 3 to 5% of the "waste oil", connect the oil inlet pipe of the oil filter to the oil drain valve;
9. At this time, the transformer oil filtration unit can work normally.
