Product introduction
Crude oil tank liquid level measuring instrument is a set of hardware and software integration system developed by our company on the basis of double liquid level measuring instrument, combined with host computer software system and Internet application technology. The system can collect the data of liquid level, emulsification (layer) and pure water height in the oil tank and the temperature data of the upper, middle and lower part of the oil tank in real time, and analyze and calculate the data of the oil tank, oil layer thickness, emulsion (layer) thickness, oil-water (interface) height, average water content of the oil layer and average water content of the emulsion layer through the upper computer software. With multi-point measurement and data acquisition and transmission technology, monitor real-time data of liquid level and temperature of several oil tanks, and realize advanced data mining and industrial automation control functions such as data preservation, call, report analysis, alarm and so on. The system can realize remote monitoring and operation of local area network, wide area network and Internet, and real-time data can be uploaded to the production command center to realize unattended and remote monitoring of the production and operation of the tank farm, and effectively improve the digital and intelligent management level of the tank farm production.
Working principle
The dielectric constant is the relative capacity of a dielectric to store electrostatic energy in an electric field. The permittivity of different media is different. The dielectric constant determines the absorption capacity of a substance to electromagnetic waves (such as radio frequency and microwave). In some frequency ranges, materials with higher permittivity are better able to absorb electromagnetic waves. The propagation speed of electromagnetic waves in various media is not the same, microwave is a specific frequency of electromagnetic waves, through different media, the attenuation degree of microwave is not the same, and will cause changes in the voltage value of the medium. The automatic system of multi-parameter and multi-channel monitoring of oil tank makes use of this characteristic of microwave, and uses special data analysis software to process the change of medium voltage value caused by the different attenuation degree of microwave through different media (including mixed media) by establishing a mathematical model consistent with the field situation. Then the parameters needed for the production management of the tank, such as the height of the liquid level in the tank, the thickness of the oil-water transition zone and the height of the oil-water interface, are calculated.
Structural composition
The automatic system of multi-parameter and multi-channel monitoring of oil tank is composed of three parts: probe rod with uniform distribution sensor, transmitter (with local display screen) and data processing system of upper computer. The probe rod and transmitter are installed from the top flange of the tank, the probe rod is deep in the tank, and the lower end flange of the transmitter is connected with the top flange of the tank. The transmitter transmits the field data to the upper computer through a specific communication mode, and the upper computer calculates, analyzes and processes the collected data for serving the production management of the tank farm.
The automatic system of multi-parameter and multi-channel monitoring of oil tank is widely used in the professional measurement of liquid level at the interface of crude oil settling tank, separation tank, sewage tank and storage tank in petroleum and petrochemical industry.
