1 Product Introduction

1.1 Overview

Multi-well valve assembly (hereinafter referred to as valve assembly) is a product which is used for the transportation measurement of oil well output in the oil exploitation industry after years of hard work and development by engineers and technicians of Shengli Oil Instrument Factory. The device integrates the application of valve bank technology, pressure metering technology and other technologies, and can be used in circular Wells, remote Wells and other Wells that are difficult to measure centrally. The use of the device will effectively solve many practical problems existing in the conventional crude oil transportation mode of the oil well, reduce the reflux of oil well, reduce the wellhead pressure of the oil well, help to realize the fine management of a single well, and promote the improvement of the production technology and management level of the oil field.

1.2 Main structure

1.3 Usage

The oil flow from a single well enters the manifold after passing through the single flow valve and gate valve, and the manifold is connected with the subsequent gathering pipeline. The liquid crude oil from multiple Wells joins through the manifold and then enters the gathering pipeline.

1.4.1 Security. Compared with vehicle transportation, continuous delivery of produced liquid can be achieved.

1.4.2 The device adopts the pipeline structure design matching with the oil recovery process to realize continuous transmission and facilitate the analysis of the continuous production status of the oil well. Especially for the oil transmission mode of special oil Wells such as low gas content and intermittent oil production, the check valve equipped in the device can prevent crude oil backflow, reduce the pressure rise caused by backflow, and increase crude oil production.

The device is suitable for transporting the produced liquid of oil Wells under different working conditions (high gas and low gas Wells, intermittent oil Wells, low liquid Wells, etc.) and various flow modes (plug flow, bubble flow, etc.) in all stages of oil field development, especially in the middle and late stages.
