PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Mine high pressure water injection meter is mainly used for coal seam water injection, water injection flow and water injection pressure measurement, can also be used to measure other high pressure conditions (such as high pressure, spray) water injection, flow and water pressure.
Structural composition
Mine high pressure water injection meter is mainly composed of upper shell, lower shell, impeller, impeller box, pressure plate, water quantity indicator and pressure indicator. Pressure gauge and high pressure water injection meter as one, easy to carry, easy to operate.
Working principle
The high pressure water injection meter for mine is installed in the water injection system pipeline. After the water flows into the water meter, the filter cover enters the impeller box along the tangential line of the lower cavity of the impeller box, pushing the impeller to rotate, the water rises in the impeller into the tangential line of the upper cavity of the impeller box and flows out. The impeller rotates through the permanent magnet above it to drive the center wheel above the pressure plate to rotate, and the center wheel drives the counting mechanism in the water quantity indicator to record the water quantity flowing through the water meter. The pressure of water injection in coal seam is indicated directly through the pressure measuring hole and through the pressure indicator.

The water indicator adopts digital wheel type, which is intuitive and easy to read, and gets rid of the influence of the underground workers' not reading on the collection of water injection data of coal seam;
The shell is made of diamagnetic impact anti-friction spark material;
pressure indicator, designed and installed a special resistance bar to pulse the main pressure, so that the service life of the pressure indicator is greatly improved, and can be accurately read.
