The GD32H7 series MCU has excellent processing energy efficiency, rich connection features and multiple security mechanisms. With advanced process and optimized cost control, it fully unleashes the innovative potential of advanced applications.

The GD32H7 series MCU uses the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core. The processor frequency is as high as 600MHz. The operating performance at the main frequency can reach 1552 DMIPS. The CoreMark® test achieved an excellent performance of 2888 points. GD32H7's built-in large-capacity storage space can support complex operating systems and a variety of advanced algorithms such as embedded AI and machine learning (ML) to achieve real-time control with high performance and low latency.

The GD32H7 series has rich peripheral resource features, providing up to 4 USART and 4 UART, 4 I2C, 6 SPI, 4 I2S, 3 CAN-FD, 2 Ethernet, and supports USB2.0 FS and HS communication. Also equipped with 2 14-bit ADCs with sampling rates up to 4MSPS and 1 12-bit ADC with sampling rates up to 5.3MSPS.

The GD32H7 series MCU provides excellent graphic display and audio and video connection solutions. The chip has a built-in TFT LCD liquid crystal driver and graphics processing accelerator IPA (Image Processing Accelerator), which supports functions such as 2D image overlay, rotation, scaling, and conversion of multiple color formats. It also integrates serial audio interface (SAI) and SPDIF audio interface, as well as 8-bit to 14-bit digital camera interface to facilitate the collection and transmission of video images.
