Hong Kong Airport 4PZS500 80V500Ah Battery Traction battery
Hong Kong International Airport (IATA: HKG, ICAO: VHHH), located at Chek Lap Kok, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China, is a 4F-class civil international airport, one of the busiest airports in the world, with more than 100 airlines operating here. Its passenger volume ranks fifth in the world and its cargo volume ranks first in the world for 18 consecutive years.
Hong Kong International Airport was officially completed and opened to traffic on July 6, 1998, and was named Hong Kong International Airport; the second phase of expansion project (Terminal 2) was completed in February 2007.
According to the information on the airport's official website in June 2019, the Hong Kong International Airport has a total terminal area of 850,000 square meters (including T1, T2, satellite hall and Haitian Passenger Terminal); there are two runways with a length of 3,800 meters; there are 182 parking bays [1]; and there are more than 220 cities served [2].
In 2022, the passenger throughput of Hong Kong International Airport was 5.656 million, the cargo throughput was 4.199 million tons, up 16.4% year on year; the number of take-off and landing sorties was 139,000, up 4.2% year on year; ranking 8th and 1st in the world respectively [29-30].
On November 1, 2022, the skywalk connecting Terminal 1 of Hong Kong International Airport and the T1 satellite passenger concourse was officially opened.
Hawker Forklift Battery HAWKER PzS
HAWKER | The traction forklift battery produced by Hock Power Supply Co., Ltd. is currently technologically advanced and widely used in the industry. Many famous brand manufacturers, such as forklifts, locomotive tractors, electric cleaning vehicles, and electric tour buses, use HAWKERPZS traction batteries. Compliant with DIN standards, mainly equipped with European standard forklifts such as LINDE, HANGCHA, JUNGHEINRICH, HYSTER, BT, STILL, etc. Compliant with JIS/BS standards, mainly equipped with JIS/BS standard forklifts such as NICHIYU, TOYOTA, TCM, KOMATSU, SHINKO, NISSAN, etc.
Monomer structure
HAWKER traction batteries use mature tubular positive electrode plate technology. The positive electrode plate adopts a die-casting grid, and the active substance is stored in a polyester material exhaust pipe; The negative electrode plate uses a reinforced plate type electrode plate. There are multiple micropores and a raised diaphragm on one side between the positive and negative plates. The battery cell shell is made of high impact and high-temperature resistant polypropylene material, and the shell cover adopts a heat sealing process to prevent electrolyte leakage.
Pole terminal
Each positive and negative terminal is cast with lead alloy and copper core terminals with internal threads. The combination of the pole and the compressed sealing ring can effectively prevent electrolyte leakage.
Battery single cell connection strip
The battery cells are connected using fully insulated halogen-free soft connection strips. The method of fixing the connection strip with bolts can make it simple and fast to remove individual units from the battery pack for maintenance or replacement.
Safety valve
Each battery cell is equipped with a safety valve to prevent the gas generated during the charging process from escaping. The safety valve can be used to add pure water and measure the specific gravity of the electrolyte. The safety valve also has a baffle for the battery to prevent electrolyte surge.
Battery cover
There is a design on the battery cover that allows for the installation of electrolyte agitation systems or temperature sensors after punching holes.
Hawker Aquatic centralized automatic water adding system
The Hawker Aquamatic centralized automatic water addition system can complete the water addition of all battery cells in the battery pack from the center point of the battery system. The water safety valve of the system, as shown in the previous figure, can automatically maintain the optimal liquid level of the battery cell, while also allowing the gas generated during the charging process to escape and the operation of measuring the specific gravity of the electrolyte.
Electrolyte agitation system
The Hawker electrolyte circulation stirring system adopts the principle of air lifting and operates using a piping system installed on the battery. The diaphragm pump blows low-speed airflow into the battery, allowing the airflow to circulate within the battery casing. This system can effectively prevent electrolyte stratification and ensure charging optimization.
advantage
● Has higher capacity in the same external dimensions
● Higher discharge efficiency
● Longer running time and higher reliability
Effectively integrating DIN and BS standards from European standards in terms of capacity and size
HAWKER traction battery with charged electrolyte stirring system
● Avoid electrolyte and temperature stratification during partial or full charging process
Optimize the acceptance process of charging the positive and negative plates of the battery, so as to ensure consistent load-bearing capacity of the positive and negative plates
Compared to traditional charging methods, it reduces charging time by 30% and energy consumption by 20%
