HUADA Hawker EV series power battery is an advanced lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) power battery system. With high energy density, long cycle life, excellent charge and discharge performance and good temperature performance, it is a new generation of green power supply with high safety and reliability.

This series of batteries adopts the newly developed battery management system (BMS), which is specially designed and produced for mobile mechanical equipment, online charging and wireless charging. It has advanced battery self-management, communication, alarm and short-time fast charging functions.

HUADA Hawke  series lead-acid battery charger is an intelligent automatic charger with high-frequency switching power supply as the core, high-frequency high admittance crystal transformer as the main power converter and microcomputer control.

High tech application improves the conversion efficiency of the whole machine. The product has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, which saves 20% - 30% energy than the traditional charger.

The series of microcomputers have built-in multiple battery charging programs to accurately simulate the charging curves of different types of batteries. Choose different charging schemes to charge AGM, colloidal, semi colloidal and liquid rich lead-acid batteries.

The charging system is composed of a charger and a recharged battery. Du / dt and di / dt technologies are used to dynamically track the battery receiving current. The microcomputer automatically determines the parameters of the on-line charging program according to the battery state, controls the output current and voltage charging time, and makes the charging current of the battery from the beginning to the end curve around the acceptable charging current, so that the battery has almost no gas precipitation conditions. It not only saves power, realizes fast charging, but also does not damage the battery and extends the battery life. The current output is in the form of pulse current, which improves the charging capacity of the battery, reduces the polarization concentration, achieves electrochemical polarization, and reduces gas generation.

This series of chargers have anti battery reverse connection, output short circuit and output overload protection. It also has the function of automatic switch on and off, which can be connected to the long-term input power supply. Need to charge, connect the battery pack, and the charger works; No charging, disconnect the battery pack, and the charger stops working. The operation is very simple and user-friendly.
