The traction forklift battery produced by hawker | power supply Co., Ltd. is the most advanced technology and process at present, and also the most widely used product in the industry. It conforms to DIN standards and mainly supports European standard forklifts such as Linde, Hangcha, JUNGHEINRICH, Hyster, BT and still. Monomer structure

Hawker traction battery uses mature tube positive plate technology. The positive plate adopts die-casting grid, and the active material is stored in a row of tubes made of polyester material; The negative electrode plate is a reinforced plate electrode plate. Between the positive and negative electrode plates, there are micropores and a raised diaphragm on one side. The battery cell shell is made of polypropylene material with high impact resistance and high temperature resistance, and the shell cover is heat sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage.

Pole terminal

Each positive and negative terminal is made of lead alloy and copper core terminal with internal thread. The cooperation between the pole and the compressed sealing rubber ring can effectively prevent the leakage of electrolyte.

Battery cell connecting strip

The battery cells are connected by fully insulated halogen-free flexible connecting strips. The method of fixing the connecting bar with bolts can make it easy and fast to take out the unit from the battery pack for maintenance or replacement.

Safety valve

Each battery cell is equipped with a safety valve to allow the gas generated during charging to escape. The operation of adding purified water and measuring the specific gravity of electrolyte can be carried out through the safety valve. The safety valve also has a baffle for the battery to prevent electrolyte surge.

Battery cover

The battery cover has a design that an electrolyte agitation system or a temperature sensor can be installed after punching.

Hawker aquamatic centralized automatic water adding system

Hawker aquamatic centralized automatic water adding system can add water to all battery cells in the battery pack from the central point of the battery system. As shown in the previous figure, the water filling safety valve of the system can automatically maintain the optimal liquid level of the battery cell, and also allow the gas generated during charging to escape and measure the specific gravity of electrolyte.

Electrolyte agitation system

Hawker electrolyte circulation agitation system works by using the air lifting principle and the pipeline system installed on the battery. The diaphragm pump blows the low-speed air flow into the battery, so that the air flow circulates in the battery case. This system can effectively prevent electrolyte stratification and ensure charging optimization.
