DYDL-15 cable identification instrument is designed for power cable engineers and cable workers to solve the technical problems of cable identification. Users can accurately identify one of the target cables from multiple cables through the instrument to avoid serious accidents caused by sawing live cables by mistake. The cable identification starts from the operation at both ends of the cable, and the double number at both ends of the cable must be accurate. The instrument is designed with PSK technology. No matter how reliable the memory of the field staff is, it cannot replace the identification of professional instruments. This product is only applicable to the on-site identification of power cut cables. It is strictly prohibited to connect this cable identifier to the running power cable! The instrument consists of transmitter, receiver, flexible current clamp, etc.

The transmitter adopts the pulse current principle to inject pulse coded current signal into the cable core, which generates electromagnetic field around the target cable for the receiver and flexible current clamp to detect, decode and identify; Because the current has directivity, the detection also has directivity. The transmitter adopts an integrated special toolbox design, uses polypropylene plastic as raw material, and adds a new composite filler for one-time injection molding. It has low density, strength, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, and insulation performance. Its box body can withstand about 200kg of pressure. The host's large LCD displays the remaining battery power in real time, and the white backlight and transmission signal dynamic indication are clear at a glance.

The receiver is a handheld device with a 3.5 inch color LCD screen and a built-in high-speed microprocessor to identify and decode the pulse coded current signal of the transmitter. The electronic dial indicates the signal strength, which is exquisite and intuitive; Color raster dynamic display, clear at a glance, can quickly and automatically identify the target cable. At the same time, it has the AC voltage detection function, and the range is AC 0.01V~600V (50Hz/60Hz).

The flexible current clamp is a Rockwell coil, which has a good transient tracking ability and can quickly identify the pulse coded current generated by the transmitter. It is suitable for thick cables or conductors with irregular shapes. The inner diameter of the jaw is about 200mm, which can be clamped Φ For cables less than 200mm, it is not necessary to disconnect the line under test. The non-contact measurement is safe and fast.

Special note: This cable identifier is only applicable to the cable with power failure as the target cable. Please confirm that the target cable belongs to this range before use, that is, no live identification. The transmitter and hand-held receiver of the instrument shall be used simultaneously for identification.
