1.2 Main functional characteristics

 The instrument is operated by touch screen, and the interface can be operated directly by using a touch pen or finger.

 The data storage methods include internal storage and external SD card storage, which can be selected by yourself.

 It has overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and other protection functions.

 Online monitoring function: real-time monitoring of the battery pack and single battery when the battery pack is in the online discharge, equalizing charge, floating charge and other states; Including the whole group voltage, single battery voltage, whole group charge and discharge current, whole group charge and discharge capacity, monitoring time, etc;

 Discharge test function: after the battery pack is disconnected from the system, use the intelligent dummy load to conduct constant current or constant power discharge, or use the intelligent dummy load to conduct constant current discharge in parallel with the user equipment. Set the parameters such as "discharge current", "discharge time", "discharge capacity", "whole group termination protection voltage", "single unit termination protection voltage", the tester will automatically perform the discharge function, and display the data such as discharge current, battery discharged capacity, whole group voltage, single battery voltage, discharge time in real time; The discharge parameters can be modified during the discharge test. The discharge test can be stopped when the battery pack reaches the set value of the termination discharge voltage, the set value of the termination discharge capacity, the set value of the termination discharge time, and the voltage of any single battery is lower than the set value of the termination single voltage or the termination operation is conducted manually. The individual voltage termination condition can also be set to alarm only and not terminate.

 Capacity quick measurement function: (optional) after the battery pack is disconnected from the system, the intelligent dummy load is used for discharging, and the actual capacity, internal resistance, performance status (normal, backward, degraded), etc. of each battery in the battery pack can be measured in only 3 to 20 minutes;

 In the process of testing, when the whole group or single battery is abnormal and the tester is abnormal, the tester will automatically terminate the test to protect the battery.
