The key phase module is a module composed of multiple input and output and conversion circuits, which can realize the functions of amplifying, filtering and sampling from the power supply to the signal. Generally, both input and output can be realized through PWM signal. I/O function is very similar to the key phase module, also has multiple I/O. So how do you design it? 1, This module is composed of 4 input and output circuits, the output signal includes 5 V input signal and 0 V output signal, the output signal is sinusoidal input signal and bias signal respectively, the value is 0.001Ω, error range is ±0.2% V/50 Hz, the input and output are controlled by programmable PWM. When the input voltage reaches the PWM output level, the input and output of the corresponding input circuit are triggered to output. The output signal is a low level signal, which can be input to the module through the input port of the input line.

The low pass filter and high pass filter are mixed in the converter circuit. 2. Input signals include sinusoidal input signals and 0 V output signals. The output signal value is 0.001Ω, error range is ±0.2% V/50 Hz, the output signal is low level signal, can be input to the module through the input port.

2, the output signal is divided into two types (a and b), input and output circuit is 8V input, input adopts serial port mode (output adopts RC or LC), when the input input level is 5V or lower (low level), the output automatically reset;

If there is a driven load switch register in the circuit, the register is connected to the driven load. When the load switch register in the circuit fails, the register stops working, but the driver circuit still works. If multiple Psus work together, an imbalance may occur. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to this point when selecting the key phase module.

3, there are two forms of input and output: generally input and output for "+" or "-" type; Can also use analog input form;

Either way the circuit can be complicated. Input and output selection and processing of the main methods: ① to ensure the stability of the input. ② Pay attention not to cause internal interference of the signal. (3) Overload signals should be avoided. (4) Sampling methods of various input signals should be considered. ⑤ According to the circuit design to determine the input and output performance indicators.

4, the analog input and output can be programmed by MCU (computer CPU) PWM modulation;

This circuit can realize the analog input signal sampling, operation, filtering and operation results output. The analog input signal is converted from the analog input terminal. In the analog input terminal is two 0~20 V voltage sources; And in the analog output is two input level signal source. The circuit has no input signal at the analog input end, that is, the analog input voltage signal is only 0~20 V can be used, while the analog output input can not be used.
