Discrete output module



Discrete output module is a module that can generate power signal at a certain output end of power supply. It can output power can be constant current, constant temperature, but also can output stable working voltage below 250 V. In the power control circuit, it can be used with the level converter (FPGA) to achieve the power control function. In circuit design, when the power frequency and voltage are stable, the function of FPGA frequency regulation can be realized. In the system design, voltage source (including switching power supply and DC power supply) is often used as the input and output end of the driving voltage source, and voltage source (including switching power supply and DC power supply) is also used as the driving voltage source, that is, there are direct power supply loop and programmable power supply (VDF module) power supply loop. At present, DC rectifier, DC voltage regulator, power adapter and programmable reactor are commonly used power conversion devices for power signal conversion.


1. Dc rectifier




Dc rectifier, also known as rectifier diode, is used to generate AC voltage, frequency pulse width modulation diode. Its characteristic is that it works in the vicinity of AC voltage (generally 50~100 V AC), its waveform changes greatly, has a smooth wave, the output end is continuous waveform. But its input characteristics and AC circuit is very different, and the rectifier and rectifier pipe harmonic loss, which determines that its work can not work in a very wide range of voltage value. Therefore, with the development of electronic technology, various functional components appear, and DC rectifier is one of the most typical and important one. It differs from switching power supply in that it can operate continuously in different power frequency ranges. Due to its small size, high power density, low switching loss and small size, DC rectifiers have been widely used in various electronic products, such as: microcomputer power supply, digital camera, photocopier, game machine, telephone, liquid crystal display and other electronic products and computer equipment and communication products. Dc rectifiers have been widely used in electrical appliances, aerospace and defense industries, such as home appliances, game consoles, computer monitors, laptop computers and television sets are equipped with DC rectifiers.




2, DC voltage regulator




The basic principle of DC voltage regulator is to keep the output voltage and frequency constant by changing the phase and frequency of the input voltage. Its working principle is similar to transformer voltage regulator, but the internal structure is very different. Ac voltage regulator is composed of input base (Re), interpole (Re) and inductor, which is controlled by switching elements. When the input signal is changed (voltage fluctuation), or the system failure can not work properly (such as short circuit, overvoltage, etc.), usually use DC voltage regulator to maintain a constant frequency and voltage fluctuation of the power supply. Figure 3 shows the basic principle and structure of DC voltage regulator. In the voltage regulator, silicon controlled as the control core components of the voltage regulator and its control of the input base and the DC transformation between the current pole, so that voltage regulation and voltage regulation can be achieved. In the general circuit design, the efficiency of SCR is generally low when it is used as the control core element of voltage regulator. Generally to improve the use efficiency of voltage regulator, need to take measures to improve efficiency; And the efficiency must be reduced by using a small voltage regulator output power to achieve, so the use of nonlinear voltage regulator has become an effective way to solve the nonlinear problem.
