TLV170x series devices provide wide power supply range, rail to rail input, low quiescent current and low propagation delay. All of these features are in line with industry standards, using a very small package, which makes these devices the best universal comparators available on the market today.

Open collector output has the advantage of being able to pull the output to any voltage rail (up to+36V higher than the negative power supply), and is not affected by TLV170x power supply voltage.

These devices are available in single channel (TLV1701), dual channel (TLV1702) and four channel (TLV1704) versions. Low input offset voltage, low input offset current, low power supply current, and open set configuration enable the TLV170x series to flexibly handle most applications from simple voltage detection to driving a single relay.

The rated operating temperature of all devices is within the extended industrial temperature range – 40 ° C to+125 ° C.
