Cooling tower filling, also named as cooling tower filler, or cooling tower fill media, or cooling tower fill package, is a kind of plastic material panel installed in cooling tower.

Its function in cooling tower is to cool down the hot water by increasing the heat dissipation, prolonging cooling water
resistance time and increasing the heat exchange area.

It is made of PVC or PP plain panel in certain mold, with different length, width, thickness and pitch. Different designs of
cooling tower fill are suitable for different types of cooling tower.

1520mm Crossflow pvc cooling tower filler is a hanging film type cooling tower fill which spreads the water into a thin film, flowing over large vertical surfaces, promoting maximum exposure to air flow. This fill provides much more water surface exposure per cubic foot than splash type fill.

MC75 is a film fill suitable for counter-flow cooling towers. MX75 is a film fill suitable for cross-flow cooling towers.
Considering the two designs, MX75 is more popular, with the normal size 1220mm (Width) * 2980mm (Length) * 0.38mm (Thickness).
