Monomer structure
Hawker traction battery uses mature tubular positive plate technology. Pole terminal
Each positive and negative terminal is made of lead alloy and copper core terminal with internal thread. The cooperation between the pole and the compressed sealing rubber ring can effectively prevent the leakage of electrolyte.
Battery cell connecting strip
The battery cells are connected by fully insulated halogen-free flexible connecting strips. The method of fixing the connecting strip with bolts can make it easy and fast to take out the unit in the battery pack for maintenance or replacement.
Safety valve
Each battery cell is equipped with a safety valve to allow the gas generated during charging to escape. The safety valve can be used to add purified water and measure the specific gravity of electrolyte. The safety valve also has a baffle for the battery to prevent the surge of electrolyte.
Battery cover
The battery cover is designed with an electrolyte agitation system or a temperature sensor that can be installed after punching.
