Description

 

This machine mainly consists of four parts: conveyor, forming, frame and cover.

start machine, put dough into dough inlet evenly. Under the action of pulling blade, the dough is extruded into the feeding part.

 

Under the power of winch, the dough is extruded through the outlet and the feeding sleeve, and then cut into cylindrical blocks of uniform size by cutters on the upper and lower forming rolls, and then move into the upper and lower forming arc grooves in order .

 

With the help of spiral groove, the steamed bread dough is gradually kneaded and rolled into a smooth spherical dough ball. The  dough ball size can be adjusted slightly by adjusting the handwheel to drive the adjustment plate.
