Tilting jacketed kettle is composed of kettle, bracket, worm wheel and worm etc. The kettle can revolve with 180°,The equipment is used for open concentration, mainly for decocting and concentration of liquids in industries of pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry and light industry etc. Contact area of the equipment with materials is made of stainless steel SUS304,which has perfect corrosion—proof performance, and is highly endurable according to GMP requirements. Blender also can be added according customer requirements.

Pot body material: 1. inside the pot body of stainless steel (SUS304), jacket, bracket carbon steel (Q235-B) coated anti-rust paint; 2. inside and outside the whole stainless steel.

2.With the mixing device pot body: the top center of the mixing, reducer output shaft and stirring paddle shaft with a loose connection, easy disassembly and cleaning.

3. stirring speed: 36r / min (according to customer requirements to select a certain speed); stirring paddle form: ordinary mixing (anchor) and scraping the bottom mixing.
