How to produce good quality shish hookah charcoal?

♦ You must have good hard charcoal materials, such hard wood charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, olive kernel charcoal etc.
♦ Feeding size: Less than 3mm

♦ Feeding moisture: 6%-10%

Do i need to add binder?
