This machine is mainly used to carbonize biomass blocks into natural charcoal. you just need to put your materials into Inner pot of furnace, After 8-10hours, you will get biomass charcoal. 

This charrcoal can be used for bbq directly. If you want to produce different shapes, you need below machines.

 it is used to crush biomass charcoal into powder. The powder is less than 3mm.

--- Mixer

Mixer is the important machine of this production line, we mainly use this machine to stir charcoal powder and binder together. The materials processed by this machine is easy to shape.
