1. Brief Introduction:

 

• The three-stage pipeline high-speed emulsifying machine is equipped with three sets of rotors and stators.
• The high-speed rotor produces a strong centrifugal force, crushing and emulsifying the materials.
• The machine could complete the scattering and the emulsifying of the material just through one-time processing.
• This machine should be used in the scattering and the emulsifying of the multiphase liquid medium. And it could transport the low viscosity liquid. Also used in the proportionally mixing between the powder and liquid.

It can be used for the continuous emulsion or dispersion of multi-phase liquid media, and the transport of low viscosity liquid media. Also, it is suitable for the continuous mixing of liquid powder. It is widely used in daily chemical manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum, coatings, nanomaterials.
