Product introduction:

Basket mill is mainly used in paint, coating, inks, pigments, pesticide and other wet grinding fluids, which is applicable for the types of low, middle viscosity raw materials. The basket mill has altered the regular production processing by integrating dispersing and milling into one step.

How it works:

• The hydraulic lift basket sand mill is used to disperse and grind the materials efficiently.
• At the entrance of the grinding basket, there is a self-priming impeller. The impeller rotates at a high speed to produce a strong vortex to speed up the feeding process, After grinding, materials get out from the bottom of the grinding basket.
• Behind the grinding basket there is a high-speed dispersion plate, its efficient, strong vortex effect enhances the dispersion and mixing of materials, to accelerate materials cycle of suction ---grinding - --scattered--and then suction --- grinding, resulting in satisfactory grinding effect.
