Expandable winding mandrel for transformer coil winding machine

Description:

Expandable winding mandrel is consists of the cage, the sliding sleeve components, the batten components, the basic battens, the extension battens, transmission parts and right angle baffles. The mandrel have novel structure, large diameter adjusting range, the completed coil will not get damage during removing the mandrel. Tolerance between the diameter of any two position on the mandrel is not more than 2mm, cylindricity is not more than 2mm. It will be better to match with our winding machine.

The Mandrel is for coil winding machine use. Its outer diameter is expandable, motorized or manual adjustable. 

The diameter variation is big, takingoff is convenient, suitable for both horizontal coil winding machine and vertical coil winding machine.
