1.Our dehydrator products are suitable for high-moisture materials, which can remove 20% to 30% moisture in the material.
The moisture content of processed materials are less than 60% (may vary due to different the material).
2.This product adopts mechanical dehydration method, greatly reducing the energy consumption in the process of drying material.

Sugarcane Bagasse Dewatering Machine working priciple:
At working state, wet materials are conveyed into feeding box at steady rate and then pushed into discharge end by screw rotor blades dewatering.
Under the strong extrusion force of screw and dumper regulator, wet materials complete the process of mechanical dehydration.
Moisture is taken away when going through the screening mesh and exhausted at the gas discharge outlet.
The dry materials is collected at product discharge outlet.
For the best balance of drying effect and output, it is applicable for customers to change the operation parameters according to the property of materials and required output.
