Our Continuous Wood Chips Charcoal Making Machine Drum Type Peanut Shell Carbonization Furnace Rotary Biochar Carbonizing Stove Kiln is the new type which can carbonize the sawdust, wood chips, bamboo chips, coconut shell chips, peanut shell etc. It works continuous, and for the first material feeding in the carbonization machine to get the charcoal, it needs about 30mins, and then the mateiral feeding in continuous and charcoal getting continuous. If you need the high capacity, then this type is your best choice.

For our Continuous Wood Chips Charcoal Making Machine Drum Type Peanut Shell Carbonization Furnace Rotary Biochar Carbonizing Stove Kiln, the suitable materials can be  wood sawdust, wood chips, coconut shell chips, bamboo chips, peanut shell, bagasse, coffee husk, wood barks, rice husk, biomass material etc. 

For now, we have four types rotary carbonization machine, ans you can choose the type according to your capacity. 

Note: if your raw material size is big and moisture content is high, please tell me in advance, because the material size and moisture content will effect the capacity and carbonizing time.

Related machines for the carbonizing system:

1. Hoist Gas flow type carbonization furnace----Mainly using wood log, wood briquette, bamboo, coconut shell, corn cob, cotton stalk, wood branch etc.

2. Sawdust rice husk carbonization machine----This type is same with the new type, but this type capacity is smaller than the new type.

3. Horizontal type carbonization furnace-----Mainly using wood log, wood briquette, bamboo, coconut shell, corn cob, cotton stalk, wood branch etc. which is same with the hoist gas flow type carbonization furnace.

4. Square carbonization furnace-----Mainly using wood briquette, this is the traditional type.
