Raw material of briquette making machines from charcoal sawdust  

1. Any type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. suitable raw material is as following:

2. The raw material moisture Content Should be about 8-12%

Working principle of  briquette making machines from charcoal sawdust    

The raw material (contain 8%12% water ) dried by the dryer will be formed into fuel under high temperature and pressure.

Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high temperature and under high pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.

How to make charcoal use the briquette making machines from charcoal sawdust

1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. (wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell)

2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.

3. Pressing to raw material into briquette by putting the dried materials into briquette machine.

4. Put final briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes (final products, this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine)

5. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.
