Product Description of air flow dryer for sawdust: 
   This air flow dryer for sawdust is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30~60%. The dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are put into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8~12% with the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency.

 Working principle of air flow dryer for sawdust:

 1)First, the wet materials be put into the hopper.Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then sucked those into the pipes by the exhausted blower (draft fan) quickly.
 2) The hot air is going though the curving pipes, thus wet materials can get fully dried during the drying process.
 3) After the wet materials get dried, the dried materials are expelled out by the exhausted blower.

4. Essential drying equipment in wood pellet plant and biomass briquetting plant.

 Working process of air flow dryer for sawdust:

1.Put the raw material into the crusher machine make it becomes sawdust (3-5mm);
2.If the sawdust moisture large than 8-12%,then dry it with sawdust dryer;
3.Put the dried raw material into the briquette machine ;
4.Put the briquette into the carbonization stove to get charcoal.

For one set we packed in  standard container.For more sets machines, we pack them in the standard container.
