The DNA/RNA Extraction Kits(Magnetic Beads) are automation-ready plates prefilled suitably configured for GENFINE Purifier 32 Instruments.Nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from a complex with magnetic beads in a specially formulated buffer. The beads / nucleic acids complex is then separated from lysates using a magnet. Purified DNA/RNA are then eluted when the buffer condition is adjusted.Special magnetic beads technology enables purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities.

Extract RNA from 200ul Oropharyngeal swabs (preserved reagent included) by Y502, which can be as fast as 13min.The test results indicate: gene ORF1ab, gene N and internal reference gene RNase P (human) can be effectively amplified from purified nucleic acids with FM502T5. And it’s high sensitivity and good purity. (data from third-party laboratory)

Dilute RSVA tenfold with preserved reagent to 8 gradients, then extract viral nucleic acids by GENFINE Y502 and competitive product T separately. Amplification results indicate: purification by GENFINE FM502T5 is much better than competitive product T. (data from third-party laboratory)
