Description The Finemag Universal Genomic DNA Kit is based on the magnetic bead separation and purification method, suitable for the separation and purification of high-quality genomic DNA from blood, dried blood spots,tissues and bacteria samples, without the use of toxic phenol/ chloroform, no time- consuming alcohol precipitation. This kit can be integrated with the automatic extractor of pipetting method and magnetic rod method for high throughput extraction, or can be manually operated using a magnetic separation rack.
